I've always loved this place and yes customer service is great when the actual owner is there. I used to come here often to get anything from a snack to toiletries to vape juices amongst other things but I have never been more displeased as I recently was. I came in to cashout some winner scratchers and the guy with curly hair (not the owner) refused to want to give me the $30 I had won after deciding to not getting more scratchers because they were out of the ones I normally get. He refused to give me my money saying that all he had was $15 and attempted to forcing me into buying scratchers I didn't want. So I asked for my winning scratchers back knowing that once claimed in the system he paid me my $30 and in angry tone yelled at me saying to never go back. I literally told him that I wasn't sure what was going on but that from always being nice and even joking around with me the many times I came in before to now treating so rude. Also I must let you all know please refrain from using your spare change because using coins to pay results in getting kicked out or refusal of service. Idk what happened to the great customer service that used to be provided. Oh, wait yeah the owner isn't there all the time. I swear this guy's can tell you a price on a vape and literally the next day expect a $10 hike on the price. I will only say, if perhaps after probably being asked the same questions multiple times a day for a prolonged time gets you irrate or customer who ask "too many" questions isn't your thing then customer service just ain't the job for you bro.
