Every time I come here I get the rudest, unfriendliest, unhelpful people. I don’t know if it’s me at this point but I feel very I welcome and rushed out. Tonight I went in, I knew exactly what I needed, I knew exactly where there were. I wait patiently cause I was in absolutely no rush while to young man running the store did whatever he was doing behind the register. He shouted at me from across the store if I was ready, I asked if I could see an item I wanted to purchase and he asked as though I asked him to run a mile. I asked a question about the item and if he had anymore like them I could see he said no. I look a bit a saw another similar item and to see it again he tried to tell this was not a similar device even though the packaging clear stated it was. At that point I wasn’t going to be confrontational with this person and walked out with absolutely nothing tonight. I’m taking my moneys elsewhere and that was my last visit to this smoke shop. Thanks bro!

If I can give a 10☆I would. This smoke shop is so clean and the fully stocked up. And the girl puts the best music 🎶 even though I don't understand the music it's nice to go in and see her . She's so clean and always ready to party 💙if you want great customer service and a beautiful face to see go Saturdays night or Mondays morning. And the owner there is a nice guy. I think this place is UNDER NEW OWNERS BECAUSE I'VE BEEN THERE BEFORE BUT NOT THIS CLEAN. THANK YOU FOR HAVING A GREAT PLACE. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK IN .

First experience (in person): The woman working the counter was dismissive, unprofessional, and openly rude. After putting up with her attitude, I still said “thank you.” Instead of the basic courtesy of “you’re welcome,” she ignored me completely. When I pointed it out, she snapped back, told me to leave, and even acted as if she might come over the counter. That could have been written off as a one-time clash or personal tension. Second experience (by phone): This is where it became undeniable. Weeks later, I called simply to ask about Zig-Zags with tips. She couldn’t see me, couldn’t know it was me, and had no context from before. Yet her behavior was identical—cutting me off mid-sentence, insisting the product doesn’t exist (while I had it pulled up online), and speaking with the same hostility and arrogance as before. That proves this isn’t personal, isn’t situational—it’s who she is with customers. To make matters worse, when I later asked for the owner, a man answered. He refused to provide a name, claimed the owner wasn’t there, and—without me ever mentioning the situation—immediately launched into defending her. That alone exposed how aware they are of her behavior. And in the background, her voice could be heard shouting, adding insult to injury. For clarity, these are the individuals currently running the counter: • Female (mid-age): Fashionable, polished in appearance—but her conduct is consistently hostile, aggressive, and unfit for customer service. • Male (mid-age): Well-dressed, confident, but cocky and dismissive. He refuses transparency, stonewalls questions, and shields unprofessional behavior instead of correcting it. This is not customer service. It’s a hostile, arrogant environment where ignorance about products, lack of respect, and aggression define the entire experience. ✅ If you value respect, transparency, and basic courtesy, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of shops that know their products, appreciate customers, and actually deserve your money. ⚠️ Until ownership replaces this staff with people fit to work with the public, this smoke shop is a hard pass. Consider this review your warning carved in stone.
