These guys are so top notch ALWAYS. I asked my friend to pick me up something and the worker didn't look closely enough at the picture and the order got screwed up but, like any normal business SHOULD do, they let me make the return bc the product was unopened and we have always been amicable. I'm sure they are this way with ALL their customers. Fantastic service for the city, state and country regardless of how vile all 3 of those governments always are decent people like this never give up!! o7 o/

My girlfriend and I went in to smokers world at around 8. We spoke with the owners brother for some time and he was an awesome guy! He had a ton of info on products and you could tell he was glad to help. 5 star 100% great customer service and pricing!

I come in here to buy energy drinks and incense, and they've always been so helpful and courteous to me. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their hours, which the workers have no control over, but as far as customer service and the store goes I love it.

I've been going here for years now and I can say that you're in good hands at this shop. These guy's are great people with great customer service and they put it on display time and again whenever I need help with something. Mike, Ray, and Louie have all helped me in one way or another in cases where most other shop's would not do. They take good care of their people. Highly recommend
