Cloud 9 Smoke Shop

On three separate days now I have come to this business trying to check it out and purchase something every single time. It’s been well within the listed business hours and every single time. The front door has been locked. The open sign has been on and there’s usually a bunch of people waiting outside. Whoever is running the store is gonna run this business to the ground. Clearly he does not care about customers or the people that take their time and waste their gas to drive over here what a garbage establishment do not recommend.

Great prices especially if you pay in cash. Owners are good people hella down to earth and friendly.

Just went in here for a vape coil. Girl behind the counter had ZERO customer service skills. In fact she stopped helping us to help other people that walk through the door. First time here and will NEVER be back!

Cloud 9 is my go-to vape shop. Great service Tuesday evening 4/29/25. Friendly counter help did a thorough check for my favorites... made my day with product I was hoping for.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Every female this place has hired is worthless. They all have a bad attitude, never greet you when you come in the store, can’t or aren’t willing to answer questions. The short blonde and young brunette are the worst.The young brunette tried to get the cashier not to sell to me for personal reasons, way to go not being able to separate business with your personal life. I told the owner he will lose a lot of business due to her being employed there. If he doesn’t believe me he will see for himself. She will sell at a discount to her friends and bring nothing but drama to the store front. Always on their phone and not paying attention to customers. For better service go ANYWHERE ELSE.
