Really nice person at the counter! Let us use the microwave and gave us plate for our foods.
Nice guy working there told us that the air is free if you just ask him to turn it on. Too bad we had already wasted $7.50 on this crappy machine that says it’s $2.50 for 5 minutes but only goes for 4 minutes with pretty lame pressure…maybe a sign at the air pump would be good for future oblivious customers :)
Visited in April 2015. While staying overnight in Ridgecrest and with nothing else to do except enjoy some beers, I stumbled upon 1-Stop Liquor. To my pleasant surprise, this liquor store is exceptionally well stocked. They offer a diverse selection of European, Californian, and local beers. Unfortunately, there are no 12 oz singles available, but the prices are remarkably affordable. The staff, however, seemed more akin to gas station attendants.
Holy cow this place has the best whiskey/bourbon selection in town. Owner is super cool and will special order if you ask. Prices are not the best, but they seriously have the best selection of any liquor you can think of. They even have a bottle of Pappy’s if that’s your thing.
