This is my go to smoke shop. Incredible customer service, very good prices, and awesome deals. Mike and his wife are great people, I love how friendly he is, and patient with me when I go over different options for vape flavors, unlike other smoke shops that I’ve been to. I highly recommend it. +5 stars.

New owners recently took over and they are exceptional people. I come here to purchase my favorite brand of CBD (PHD Organics) and the owners are always such a delight to interact with. Recently, I purchased a bottle of CBD and the seal must have been compromised as the bottle leaked out through the box and all over my purse before even being opened. I came back to the shop and showed her and she replaced it immediately, no problem. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service. Thank you.

The owner of big mikes smoke shop, Mike Hanna Is an absolutely genuine man.Him an his Wife are remarkable people with nothing but the kindest gestures every time I come in. Not only did he take care of me with great customer service, he also gave me great discounted prices for quality glass. 10/10, would definitely recommend anyone in the riverside area to come to big mikes smoke shop. Amazing owners with great sense of how to run a business! Yesterday was my first time going there and I don’t think I’ll be going to anyone else with these kinds of prices and service. Mike took me around the store and showed me their many flavors of CBD and puff bars, even offering me 20 puff bars for $20. I was even able to try out their river game and was able to turn my $5 into $50 pretty quickly!
