I ordered our shower door through Home Depot and it showed up with a part missing. Home Depot would have required me to return the entire door and hardware but the great people (Karina) at GW asked a couple questions and got the items i needed out to me fast. I was extremely satisfied with their customer assistance. Would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a shower glass door and I made a mistake by ordering one inch larger than what I needed so I contacted them and they sent a new piece of glass with the proper size quicker than most places can get a regular out! The piece of glass got lost in transit so I followed up with them and they shipped a second replacement piece no questions asked. Their customer service is unmatched with quick response times and such a willingness to help! Best customer service experience I have had in a really long time! Highly recommend!

Always consistent stellar fast customer service, and lightning fast shipping, customizability and top quality. These guys have the best product, have reasonable replacement part costs, and their stuff arrives across state lines as fast as amazon prime. Truly up there with Hillstone restaurants, Discount Tire / America's Tire, and Costco in terms of customer experience.

I purchased the Halo 90° GH model in matte black and installed it about a month ago — couldn’t be happier with the result. The build quality and finish are outstanding, and the materials feel premium in every way. The installation instructions were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, even for a DIYer. Glass Warehouse’s customer service was exceptional — they answered every question I had about measurements and installation quickly and thoroughly. Overall, an excellent product and experience from start to finish.

Love me some glass warehouse. Recently moved and took my shower doors with me but I actually lost some parts. Reached out to glass warehouse and they had parts ready for my eclipse shower door system. Luckily I live in the San Diego area and I was able to go to will call and pick up the parts I needed. Pricing was great and service was even better. We went back-and-forth on the email until we got it right and then I paid it online before I came and picked up my parts. It was super easy and super convenient. All the employees that helped me were very helpful and super cool. I felt the love. Highly recommend glass warehouse for all your shower door needs. All products are quality built. The shower door glass is thick and beefy. Even with my old not remodeled bathrooms the shower door brings a level of class and it's visually appealing every time I go to the bathroom.
