The Xana Chills are filled with water, they refuse to own up to it or refund. Never going back *EDIT* Instead of this “blame the customers” approach, maybe your staff could check seals before selling or remind customers to do so before leaving the shop. This would prevent scammers and stop faulty products from leaving the store to begin with. Even a sign would be more productive than shifting responsibility after the fact. A broken seal is a major safety concern and most reputable businesses would never sell items in that condition…hope this helps!

Love this place! The staff are amazing, straightforward people. They keep a good verity and most importantly they are knowledgeable about what they sell. They have always been very helpful with my questions. Clean large space with great parking.

Great selection very low prices. They also have a vape lounge. Best Vape stop in town. All around great store. Everything you would need for gifts and accessories. Handicapped parking and ramps. No public restrooms.
