The people are wonderful here. I always call 1st to see if they have my vape flavor and they always answer the phone! Thank you!🙏 The store is so clean, bright, and well stocked. I highly recommend this store!❤️🥰❤️

I was the first time customer at this business and I had an issue with one of the products. I tried to return it or exchange it, but the manager gave me a hard time and he didn't want to do it. The product I purchased started leaking after using it for a few days and I went back to the store because I had paid with my own hard earned money. I tried to resovle the issue with the product. I spoke to the cashier and she said, "well it's not our fault that the product malfunctioned." This is not a good enough excuse because it's not my problem if the products they sell in this business don't work that well orthl malfunctioned or they leak. It is not my problem @ all as a paying customer. The cashier tried to resolve the issue as much as you could and then she called her manager. I waited about 10 minutes for the manager to arrive and once he arrived he came up to me with like a bad attitude like in a very rude way. The manager should not have that attitude. That was the type of attitude he had like he came up to me very intimidating. He said, "we can't do anything about it! It is something we can't control! It happens alot! I can only give u a discount but won't return u any money!" All these of course with an attitude. I don't like issues but I find this unfair for customers to keep on getting attitude from in this case the manager & probably the owner. Sir, u really need to work on your better outstanding customer service which is pretty awful. You didn't want to fix my issue as a brand new customer & find a better solution. If he is not the owner well owner talk to him. I was a brand new customer, hint was. So everything else was great @ first & once I had the issue with the product things changed. I was not happy with the product and wouldn't recommend this business, if anyone else has an issue I hope they don't behave the same way. He show me like he didn't care about this brand new customer or other customers for that matter. The business I guess is just all about the money.

Kiwi is awesome! She is the sweetest thing, definitely worth checking out this shop just to see her. But, yeah I randomly came into the shop because I happen to be in town. I am so glad I stopped by, because I was impressed with their selection and the service was top notch! I couldnt recommend them more!

Great store for your vaping needs, got all my stuff there at a great price! They also carry a ton of snacks, international potato chips with funky flavors and fruit flavored soft drinks. It's a chill spot with excellent staff who are friendly and super helpful. Check them out if you're in the area
