HiFi Smoke Shop

I’ve spent close to $1,000 here over multiple visits and have generally had good experiences, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I came in around 8:00 PM — about 30 minutes before closing (the posted hours say 8:30). I brought someone with me, and instead of the usual service I’ve received, we were rushed the entire time. The owner kept saying things like, “You guys need to wrap it up, I’ve got somewhere to be.” When I mentioned that I thought closing time was 8:30 (it was only around 8:10), he responded with, “I own this shop, I can close whenever I want.” The tone was rude and dismissive. The situation escalated when he began cursing, mocking me, and attempting to provoke me into a physical altercation by calling me names and trying to bait me into coming toward him. When I approached to address what he was saying, he immediately backed inside the store. As a repeat customer who has spent a significant amount of money here, this was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. I understand that owners have lives outside of work, but there is a respectful way to communicate that. Instead, I was met with hostility. I’ve supported this business consistently, but after being treated this way, I can’t recommend it.

Absolutely the best smoking shop I’ve been to. Amazing customer service, very polite and respectful staff, and a truly professional atmosphere. The owner is a genuine and honorable person. I genuinely enjoy shopping here every time. Highly recommended.

the variety of vapes is very small, and they taste like they are fake or just weird idk something was def wrong with it so I don’t wanna go there again for a vape. but the guy working there was nice

This place is great! Smaller shop but had a nice selection to choose from. they had really cool local artist pieces, that function and look great. I came in a little while ago for a gift. I bought one, got home, and liked it so much I ended up coming back for another one. Really great pricing and Omar (one of the owners who I met) was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met! Can’t recommend this shop enough. I visited 7 other shops around the area and this was hands down the best.
