Wow! Im a loyal customer and I went in today and was ignored completely for 15-20mins and was late to work. The guy was on the phone and laughing and ignoring the majority of us telling us hold on and he will be with us in a minute. Thats not the case. You dont care about your customers at all! I know all names here i come here all the time. Cant believe the attitude.. going down hill fast

Got a great diamond glass piece from This smoke shop online was looking for a replacement to replace my piece and found the perfect one and I love it, but it came with a hairline crack in the bowl piece and I asked for a replacement of the exact same one because the bowl piece that came with the bong was the exact reason I wanted it. It was a really nice piece and they said they were gonna send me the same one but a different color because they didn’t have that color in stock when I got the new piece in the mail two days ago it was not as big. It was more shallow and the whole in the middle of the bowl piece was way bigger. All your weed could suck right through when I asked for the exact same bull piece I wanted the exact same diamond glass branded bull piece that came with my bong not a knock off no branded really hope that they can make this right and I can bump up my review and change it but for now I’m giving 2 stars for the Bowl peace They told me they were sending we’re supposed to be the same one but different color but it definitely was not no diamond glass branding on the bowl and Significantly smaller and bigger hole the one that comes with the bong had a smaller hole deeper can fit more weed in there Would like to have the same bowl that came with it not a no name one Would a hairline crack it makes the area have a weak point where it could potentially end up breaking down the road

I fell in love at the Millennium Smoke Shop with a gorgeous beauty. Sure she might have been hanging out with Spider-man, but he was holding her back. When I say it’s a masterpiece, it truly is. Hand painted with a stunning floral and swirl design, it alone stands out, but get her in the dark and she glows!! Jake, the store manager helped me select the additional pieces, he knew the exact ash catcher to match my bong, the color matches perfectly, and the bowl I picked was to be the thorn in my side, personal joke. If you aren’t very knowledgeable or if you are, I suggest you work with guy, the knowledge he has is insane! Your questions will be answered properly.
