This smoke shop is running some seriously questionable operations. They illegally charge extra fees for using a debit card — which is against California law. On top of that, they’re still selling menthol products, even though those have been banned statewide. Worst part? They scan items at the normal price, then double it at the register and charge your card more than you agreed to. If you’re not paying close attention, you’ll get scammed. Total price gouging. Avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off. Authorities should definitely be checking this place out.

Bought a smok novo 2, because last one was giving me an error led flash like there was no pod installed, and within the same day that I bought this new one I was already getting the same error led flash and cannot get a refund.

Stay away!! These guys are scammers and over charge for product. When called out on it they refused to refund me or make it right. Typical for these kinds of shops. Bad business 100% trash customer service

Love the owners and their staff! Been going to these guys since they first opened. Kind and knowledgeable, I always walk out of that store laughing because the staff are so friendly and have a great sense of humour. I'd buy my tobacco needs and accessories here before any other place.

Omar and Ali are the best! Such genuine caring for all customers..Their how u wish the rest of the world would be!!. Really.!!.if u have any issues with a product u bought from them they will fix it or make it right!! The only honest shop around. I'd give 10 stars if I could!! love this store!!
