Been sitting out here for half an hour. It's 9 am. Still not open.

My total came to $8.16 and when I checked on my bank account they charged me $8.66. I called the store, the owner asked for my last 4 numbers of my card and then my name and then lied to me that he could not see the transaction. When I questioned him that he just looked up my name then he said yes, the transaction occurred 30 mins ago and asked me to bring my bank statements. I’m not gonna go to that length for 50cents especially when he could see the transaction right then and there. He could have told me he would adjust on my next visit.I told him I will never go to that store. I just started going there everyday for a week and good thing I checked my statement. They lost an everyday customer over 50cents and lack of ability to quickly resolve an issue..Be aware...

Bought a vape from the store and the employee carded me first thing when I walked in. Once I proved I was over 21 and got the vape, it died within a day. Never buying anything from this place again, horrible service and horrible products.

Ima give this guy 1 stars... I was about to drop $50 at this guys store but he couldn't let a dollar and change go so I went around the corner to Cigarette City and dropped my money there. He was an hour late to open btw.

I have always enjoyed going there the owner of the shop and his wife are always friendly and always welcome me into the shop with a smile on their face I love this place
