Smoke Town

If your not going to open at 10 am don't advertise that you do . It shows a lack of respect for your customers because you might as well be saying that my time isn't valuable and I have nothing better to do than waste my time and gas only to find that your not open like you advertise. It's very rude . Smoke shops are a dime a dozen so we'll just go somewhere else

Probably buy a vape once a week from the shop. Never have i tried to exchange or return one. Bought one last night and went in the next day because the unit was defective and the battery died after 8 hits. The owner refused to do anything about it and kept pointing to his no refunds/exchange sign. Enjoy my free $24 dollars…

I recently visited this smoke shop and I was thoroughly impressed by their selection and customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me find what I was looking for. The store itself was clean, organized and well-stocked with a wide variety of smoking accessories including pipes, papers, and vaporizers. They also had a great selection of high-quality tobacco and herbal blends, which I was excited to try. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail in the packaging and presentation of the products. Everything was carefully labeled and packaged, and the staff even took the time to explain how to use some of the more complex items. Sac State discount is useful too.

High Quality products for great pricing! Super relaxed family owned business who actually cares about the customers experience which is hard to come by these days. If you care about the smoking community, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

It's always the same man running this shop, and you can tell he doesn't want to be there. He is always talking to someone on the phone and then doesn't even stop talking to them while he tries to figure out what your interested in. Then will act like it's your fault he couldn't hear you over the person talking in his ear in some other language. Then out of frustration he will raise the price on the item. This store is on my way home and I'm going to go 10 miles out of the way to go give my money to someone who appreciates my business. I'd would never recommend this store to anyone.
