Tobacco City

Gave me change from a $20 and the $10 bill was missing 2 whole corners. I didn't realize it because he placed the other $2 on top. Another trip I bought some wraps and they were gray they were so dry. The same idiot working stated there was nothing he could do because I opened them. Refused to give me my $1.79 back.

Awful business, ripped me off. Bought two vapes (same exact ones) tried one in the store, it worked, tried the other as I was leaving and it didn't work. Refused to replace it and frankly, seemed to get a good laugh at refusing to do the right thing and were rude to me. They'll never see me again, be warned, they have NO PROBLEM SELLING BROKEN THINGS!

I don't know his name but he's the light skinned guy with the afro, he's awesome, he helped me find the right pipe and showed me how it works and everything. I always appreciate great customer service. Thank you

This place is great. I never have to wait to be helped, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have certain vape juices that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Great smoke shop with good prices and friendly service.

They might have what you need but the staff is lacking in customer service and knowledge. My boyfriend went in to get some vape juice and the guy working there had the music so loud that it was difficult for my boyfriend to ask questions and hear answers. Very unprofessional and the guy never turned down the music. He also sold the wrong vape juice to my boyfriend that had no nicotine in it when he clearly asked for vape juice with nicotine.
