Crappy glass quality, paid $20 for a nectar collector that lasted 2 days before cracking in my hands while heating it up.. came for an even exchange, well they don’t accept returns.. g figure..

Good selection of gifts, that's the good part about this place. But.. 2 days ago when I went here.. I was picking out a bubbler as a gift for someone so I wanted to look at them personally before I bought them and make sure the hole in the bowl wasn't too big and any flaws at all ect. And the woman that helped me, a bigger set mid 20s or young 30s looking woman with long black or dark brown hair she was not making me feel comfortable as she seemed very impatient right from the start and had a snooty attitude like she doesn't like her job or interactions with customers, she wasn't social at all too. She was very quick to snatch the bubblers from me to put back on the shelf and grab me another. Her body language and her snooty attitude was not pleasant. I picked out a bubbler with a crooked flaw to it because I felt rushed by her!! And i couldn't return it as usual but if she didn't make me feel uncomfortable and I felt like I had more time to examine the bubbler I would've notice the very thing that I notice right after I bought it. Another bad thing this lady was doing, she was vaping her cigarette box thing right I front of me and I didn't really want to smell the smoke at all !!! She shouldn't be working their at all since she seemed like serving people was a big chore to do in her eyes, like i was a problem for her! Looking forward to going their again sometime but not looking forward to seeing her again and her helping me! Seriously, if it's too much of a work out to go back and forth with the products to let people examine what their buying to be sure for themselves then she shouldn't be working to serve others. She seemed very unhappy, rude, lazy and unfriendly with her job ! Im giving one star because i am unstaisfied with my purchase as a gift for someone because I felt rushed by her to pick one out, and i wanted it to be nice with no flaws with it!!! Anyone should feel comfortable and welcomed, and my friend and I did not feel it at all! Theirs was basically no body in their, is was not busy at all too, and their was another employee helping others so this woman had time on her hands and had time to help me and she still got rude with me!!! Even the guy I was with said the same exact thing as soon as we walked out of the store of how she was acting rude and impatient , so im not the only one who saw this and feels this way as well ! Time to hire a new employee I say, a friendly one!

Sam the owner is a very nice man. He's humble, polite and a hard worker. I am honored to say I met him, he's a very helpful man. His help Natalie is also a great person. If you ever have the time or are in the area stop in and do some shopping if they don't have your tobacco flavor they will take the time to get it in for you. I recommend this tobacco shop to anyone.
