Bought a cool piece from this shop and the guy forgot to include bowl piece when bubble wrapping it for me to take home. I called from home to let them know and they said they would put one behind the counter for me and asked for my name. Went in today and both the guys working were too lazy to help and told me to come back late over a generic $.25 glass piece. I recommend dream crystal in National city or basically any shop other than this one. That shit was whack.

I bought a few things, and when we were paying, we were confused about the amounts on the receipt. First, I suspect they're committing fraud. I asked why the amounts on the receipt were higher than the price tags. They told me it was because sales and federal taxes are calculated separately. This isn't true. They're likely recouping the "discount" they offer for cash payments, because the listed price already includes the 7.75% sales tax. Second, one of the items was in a case labeled "20% off," but we didn't receive the discount. We asked about it before the transaction ended. After he gave us our change, the employee said he would investigate. When he returned, he said they could only offer store credit for the difference, as they weren't allowed to issue refunds. I explained that the transaction was finalized prematurely, before the pricing issue was resolved. On top of that, the glass item we didn't get a discount on broke while we were handling it before we even left the parking lot.
