First time coming here , I’m amazed on how clean & organized this smoke shop is . Definitely cheapest prices in bay county ! The biggest wide selection of Vape , Kratom , Whip Tanks & Glass I have ever seen in Michigan !

Amazing service by AJ, he was knowledgeable, patient and not to mention funny. It was like visiting an old friend, its a bummer he explained this would be his last evening. If any of the staff is half as good as AJ you'll be in fantastic hands. The price and selection for your glass and vape needs are unparalleled in San Diego. Exotic smoke shop has replaced all my other spots and I have a notion once you visit this location you'll have found your home base for all your head shop needs. Conveniently located just before the freeway in the Kearny-mesa area, make it easy to access from any major freeway. Thanks again for the awesome service.

I’ve been a regular customer at Exotic Smoke Shop for a long time, but my last visit was completely unacceptable. The lady working there accused me of having fake money and even threatened to keep it. I told her she could go ahead and call the cops if she truly believed that — but instead, she spent nearly 20 minutes arguing and making unnecessary threats instead of taking any real action. Whether the money was real or not, the right thing to do would have been to simply contact the authorities, not harass a loyal customer. Her behavior was over the top, belligerent, and unprofessional. I’ve supported this business for a long time, but I’m tired of being treated this way. This isn’t how you handle customers or build trust in your community.

I used to spin the sign there for almost 2 years. I felt unappreciated. Prices are high. Some items are defective like the torch lighters and vape batteries. Test products before leaving the store or you can't return/exchange them. I was paid $10 per hour and this was in 2023. Some of the workers are rude and salty. I felt the owner was very helpful and friendly, but wasn't there often. Brandon and Z were also friendly and respectful. Brandon will work with you on some of the pricing. It's almost hidden in the area it's located. The hours are 9am until 11pm or 12am. There are several other smoke shops in the area whose prices are more reasonable. The area has very few residences. Apartments are across the street and are all low income, transitional housing for homeless/disabled persons with the majority of the buildings being businesses, hotels, car dealerships, restaurants and a strip club in the opposite part of the parking area.
