I love this shop they always take care of me Jovan is the best he’s so nice and welcoming amazing prices and amazing vibes will be back!!

I bought a product that had a price tag of 8.99 on it but when the plug rang it up came out to $19 and I had to ask for a receipt. Suffice to say I’m not coming back.

Most the staff is cool except for one kid that works at night, he likes to yell at his customers and has a crazy ego over some flavored vapes. Over priced location anyways, there's spots on SD you can get the exact same product for $10 less. I'll be contacting specific individuals to take a look at this location as well. Thanks for the horrible service tonight!!! To the other guys, y'all been solid but I will not be coming back here because of this individual and I will no longer send my homies either.

Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Came in here with my fiancé to buy him a piece and it broke that evening (because we weren’t given proper instructions - you’re supposed to freeze it but not freeze the part that broke). Anyway! Came in and Lawrence offered my partner $10 off. My partner said he wanted to think about it. I came in a week later to get it for my partner as a surprise… Lawrence wasn’t working but a friendly kid was and he got Lawrence on a FaceTime call and Lawrence aggressively yelled at me that I lied about the entire situation. He was SCREAMING at me. It was scary! I tried asking both employees for their boss’s name, number, or email. Nobody gave me ANY information. Then I got put on another FaceTime call with the “manager” Lawrence’s brother (Brandon) who also failed to give me any information, as well as his name. So unprofessional, I couldn’t believe it! We also saw Lawrence handling weed in the store which I’m almost sure is illegal. Still so disturbed by the attitude I received here and the failure to help me when I was only going in to ask if I could still receive that offering $10 discount. I fully intended to pay full price if they said they couldn’t honor it. Never going here again. Traumatized for life.
