Not only are these people benefiting off of the community I have been raised in family all living my entire existence, previous to my existence and current with profiting instrumental financial growth from us to be treated like that and I haven't even expressed all that Brandon said was just a huge wake up call and huge smack in the face. Let's forget race.. I came in there, very presentable, very nicely, dressed very respectable heels dress my point being I was very respectable, not only by dress but even speech and was still met with condescending remarks, insults, and just pure unadulterated disrespect. In conclusion, I returned asking for the owners name which I was not given so I left my phone number and name and till this very day, I still have not received a call to rectify/remedy this terrible situation.

Some of the people who work here are cool and summer just either stupid or act as if they’re stupid or just completely rude and a huge liability to the business like Brandon “the manager”. I came in there and spent my first time visiting about 100 bucks purchase everything from butane,Lighter, rig, accessories, tools etc. I came back the following day due to one of the products severely malfunctioning and injuring me not only did Brandon accuse me of being a liar. He insulted me further by saying I should’ve come in immediately, as if the next day wasn’t immediate. what I asked for as a remedy to the situation was extremely fair, which was give me the same thing which was stupid of me to even ask or give me something like it to replace the tragedy I was sold and bought from there the previous day. I was turned down, insulted and told no. I was very very upset so I stood there for about 10 minutes, deciding whether or not to destroy the store like knocking everything over or just taking what I believed I was owed. Wednesday instead, I left sat in the car, got a notebook that I had sitting in the passenger seat and wrote down everything that just happened and that was said to me returning to get the exact price of the item I purchased names times and just to exactly notate all that had taken place. Not only was I injured badly being burned by there faulty product, my bedding caught on fire, burning all the way through to the mattress with me having to stamp and smack out the fire that their plastic torch created. As I said, plastic torch out loud initially, and during this message, I now know a plastic torch makes absolutely no sense to make or to purchase. I recently visited Red Eye Smoke Shop and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the store felt welcoming and well-organized. Cody, who helped me during my visit, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge about the products and willingness to assist really stood out, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The store itself offers a wide variety of products, all at great prices. I was impressed by the selection and the way items were clearly displayed, which made it easy to browse. It’s not often that you find a shop where staff are both personable and genuinely helpful, and Cody definitely made the visit memorable. Overall, Red Eye Smoke Shop exceeded my expectations. Between the helpful service from Cody, the welcoming atmosphere, and the competitive prices, it’s a place I would recommend to anyone looking for quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely be returning and would encourage others in the area to check it out as well.
