I had a really good experience at Smokers Outlet #4. The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff was knowledgeable and answered my questions without rushing me. Prices were reasonable compared to other shops nearby. Overall, it felt relaxed and professional — I’d recommend it.

If you buy disposable vapes just go somewhere else. I bought one and when you hit it, it continues to auto fire for about 5 seconds till it blinks. I brought it back in still showing 99% and they said sorry all e-cig sales are final and wouldn’t exchange it for me. I said thats bad business and I won’t be coming back and bro said “I don’t care you’re one customer”. Go support a shop that isn’t ran by people like that.

‼️BROKEN PIECES AND TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️DONT GO HERE EVER . Unfortunately they have nothing but young people working that don't know how to conduct business properly. I just bought a bong , left the store went right back in and told the kid working it was broken , he looked at it couldn't find the hole but denied me a exchange with a shit attitude . They don't do receipts and now im out 50$ and have a broken no good cant use piece of glass. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME IVE GOTTEN SOMETHING BROKEN FROM HERE EITHER !! It's not worth the head ache or the price .
