Smokers

The shop has a good selection of merchandise for a neighborhood shop. I'd be here once before. The attitude and service level were poor. The clerk was very short in his answers, as if he was annoyed. I bought a designer glass item to replace a broken one. He was unwiling to trade out a piece even though the only difference was color. Some clerks seem to forget that without customers, they likely would not be in business. All in all it was a poor experience and I doubt that I'll be coming back to bring any more business in the future.

Smokers has a large variety of products and always has what I’m looking for. Salam’s excellent customer service encourages me to stay loyal to this smoke shop and I never leave disappointed. I recommend trying the vape before you leave; Salam switched mine out because it didn’t work fresh out of the box. These guys care about quality service!

I have been here more times than I can remember ;) but it has always been an amazing experience. The guys are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me get the products I am looking for on basically any budget. No bad quality glass, never needed to return anything.When it comes to smoke shops, they keep the bar high with a clean, well stocked, well decorated, well designed, well managed shop.

Hands down my favorite smoke shop in the neighborhood. Being open 24 hours is already a win, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff is amazing. The guys are all so sweet, and truly go above and beyond with customer service no matter the time of day (or night!) They have tons of options for party favors, and always seem to have exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for 😜Bonus points for being dog friendly. My pup comes with me every time, and he expects his treat now. He has never left disappointed 🐶🍪 Bring cash if you want a discount, and don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program.
