Sunset Mart and Smoke Shop

What a rip off. I bought a glass piece and on first use it snapped from the heat. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE QUARTS. They refused an exchange and on top of that when I went to the shop around the corner on Broadway they have the Identical piece for ½ the cost. This place is awful avoid at all costs.

The store is awesome took a female to get a vape and cigs hers were in her purse stolen by a snag night before in front of my apartment luckily we have to go outside to smoke basically because she was ditched by friends they got dates so in purse was money few hundred I'd's credit cards so she has no way home crying she asks to get off street I bring her up she calls brother in corps and roommate I make quick snack 4 her she wants no sdpd passes out on bed I sleep in lawn chair but she now has beter view of downtown I took her to lunch and now she seen the downtown in person and last night was at 1st time ever to visit downtown cause negative news and gossip and made new friend ate good food

Refused me service because of my service dog. As soon as I walked in he shook his head no and told me he can’t let dogs in here. Because if he lets me he has to let everybody with dogs in. She didn’t misbehave, didn’t bark, just walked in. His reasoning was he can’t clean the floor. She wasn’t dirty. Lost service from someone willing to buy stuff. Told him it was illegal to refuse me service and he said I know. That’s just ridiculous. I’m a wounded warrior and just wanted a vape. Refused service for service dog.

Terrible customer service, the personas was rushing me with my choice of purchase and when I asked questions he answered laconicly. At one point he even started to make a phone call to his significant other while attending me. I had to wait for him to be off the phone to continue my inquiery. Had an even worse shopping experience with the items I purchased. When I got home I noticed why, the items are of poor craftsmanship. Enough to say I am not coming back to this smoke shop.
