Never had a bad experience. Staff has always been helpful, friendly and attentive.

Short dude who works there harassed my friends when they went to use the bathroom while I was making a purchase. There were no signs or any indication that they weren't supposed to go in there. When he asked where my friends were, he started yelling at me and my friends, practically charged across the store and proceeded to bang on the bathroom door, despite the fact another one of my friends had already told the ones in the bathroom we needed to go somewhere else for a bathroom and we were on our way out. Definitely recommend walking half a block down the street and going to a different shop! I hope that small little man learns to be happier with himself and treat people with a basic level of decency and respect. Oh, and a side-note, when we walked in the same man was clearly flirting with and touching these women who were in the store making a purchase. They didn't seem opposed, but definitely a weird scene to walk into and makes the entire situation even weirder in retrospect.

Although they have better pricing; I would rather pay more somewhere else. I have been here too many times to come back. The last three times I came here, the kids that worked at the counter did not want to give me my change back. One kid that worked there even mentioned he was "faded" Not the professionalism I am looking for even being a smoke shop.

Walked in here at around 3 am because their neighboring smoke shop was closed. My friends and I had just came from the bars and just wanted a vape. For starters the staff was rude and condescending. AND on top of all of that they will charge men more than they will women i got a geek bar (a vape) for 18$ and my home girls got the exact same thing for 16$ after tax. AND THEN THE VAPES WERNT EVEN REAL?!?! SAVE YOUR SELF AND RUN FROM HERE

Everyone here is so friendly and awesome and super helpful! I got some glass from here and immediately got into a car accident, totaling the piece and the front end of my car. I told them what happened and they gave me a great discount for a new piece and even let me keep the bowl piece of the smashed one. This is a great shop!
