This place is a SCAM 🚨 They charge 20% tax when San Diego's tax rate is only 7.5%. Totally illegal! Stay far away from this place. Complete rip-off! And the customer service is really lacking too

Dishonest business , scammed me for 5 cents. Doesn’t matter if it’s 5 cents it’s about the principle. Originally I went in there because they were advertising 25% off store wide sale, I was lookin at bangers and joint connectors upon looking at the joint connectors, for $5, I asked about the sale and they told me that was the price with the sale and then went I originally looked at the bangers i saw them at 34.99. So I purchased the joint connectors. Wrapping it in bubble wrap was too much so after asking if I wanted bubble wrap, I said that “ that was fine I’ll just take it unwrapped” he quotes $6.40 for the price and gives me back $3.55. And counted it in front of me , acted like it was the right amount hands it to me and goes about his business. Is this how we handle business, I’m glad I wasted $5 cents to find out what kind of integrity this business runs off. I thought I would share this with the community since this community runs off trust.

One of the employees here adds a substantial tip every time I buy something. I just went over my finances for the six weeks - I spent 570 dollars at this store. There was six added $4.14 tips that I never agreed to and a few $3 ones. One of the times I was there, as I was paying I realized that the employee skipped over the tip screen but I thought maybe he was simply not asking for a tip. Now I know. With the amount of money I spent in the past 6 weeks I must have been a pretty good customer. Not anymore. If the manager reaches out to me maybe I'll delete this comment

Went in a few minutes before closing time and the clerk was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Big selection of paraphernalia at great prices. I indulged myself in a new glass bong which I haven't had in ages and it's amazing - and girly, which is what I love about it!
