Universal Smoke Shop

Started good with this place, then I’ve given chances and I feel I’ve been swindled. I was talked into buying a vape that I didn’t want. I gave it a chance, I tried it and it was disgusting. It was expensive and didn’t get my money back, was offered a free random kind, but I refused. I was already over it, I think my kindness and giving the benefit of the doubt was taken advantage of. I don’t think I’ll come back again. There are other better spots that will give you what you want at a much fairer price. Sorry

Sam is the nicest guy ever! Very nice and the BEST prices in town. You don't keep a shop up and running for close to 30 years for no reason! Wonderful to meet you!

Sam is that guy!!! Very outgoing and professional. Seems like I know him and I’ve only been to his store twice. I came in to get a charger while on break from work. Sam tried his best to find the right one I wanted but wasn’t in stock. He gave me an alternative for half off! The next day I went to the shop and he was fully stocked with the chargers I needed. Oh and checkout his incense. He doesn’t have those huge stinky ones at the gas stations. His are high quality and they smell amazing.

I bought a premium Quik fix pro belt kit with them and once I opened it I tried to verify the batch number but I’d didn’t came wirh one as specified by the instructions, no way to verify Is legit as the instructions say. Call him and told him and he told me he couldn’t do nothing that he bought them from a warehouse. 50 bucks thrown to the trash.

This place is the best! Sam was so helpful and gave me some amazing deals. Very friendly and he even showed me how to tell bad vapes from good ones. I've gone to a lot of smoke shops around San Diego and this is the best one!
