Good selection of products and helpful staff. Prices were reasonable. The only aspect I didn't appreciate was parking. There's clearly not enough parking for this tiny plaza.

I just wanted to buy some simple salt nicotine, unflavored. And they always just have a bag of the crappiest, oldest, "pod juice". I would like literally any other brand, and not expired. It's literally always AMBER in color, like DARK, and tastes/smells rank. They need to stop playing games. Charged me $20 for the pleasure of it while yelling at someone on the phone. Couldn't find the brand I was looking for in his big dumb bag of loose juice, and I ended up just grabbing a random one so I could LEAVE. I can't believe all of these places in this part of the bay area are selling straight up PRE FLAVOR BAN JUICE. it's probably like even more cancerous than fresh juice.

My husband and I have been going here for a while now. The staff seems to be knowledgeable about their products. I do recommend you check your receipt before leaving the store. I admit, we had become comfortable and didn't get the receipts the last few times. On my husbands last visit he was change for cash back ($20) even though he didn't request it and never got the cash. I have a strong suspicion that whoever rang him up pocketed the cash. We haven't used the cash back option in years and when I checked our account I noticed it right away. We went in today to confront the manager on duty, since I had date and time of transaction. I showed our proof and asked them to make it right. Either we get our money back or product in the amount of the $20. The staff member said he would need to contact the owner. I said "Ok. We will wait right here". After a long pause I was then informed he had no way to contact the owner. I called BS. During the silence, I could see this guy thinking to himself "she is not going to go away". He then offered product in the amount we were owed. My husband picked a product for $30. We paid the $10 difference, because fair is fair. And yes, I got the receipt this time. I am waiting to hear back from the owner. He should be made aware because his staff could be doing this to other customers. Not a good look for the business. Also, the guy behind the counter today was the same guy my husband purchased from. I'm not usually a "Karen", but I've been in customer service for decades and you don't steal, especially from your customers. Long story short, get and check your receipts.
