This place NEVER opens on time. I'm so tired of waiting for them! It's 10am where are you?! Says opens at 9. THEY ARE NEVER OPEN AT 9am. Change your open time to 11 if you want to sleep in!

I have been sitting out front for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and open. Online it says they will open at nine.It's currently nine forty. I have now watched 4 people walk up realize the lights are off and leave. That's probably a couple hundred dollars in sales. And in the time that i've written this, I have watched two more people walk up. 6 customers. I hope the reason they're late is worth it.

Unbelievably awesome!! I had bought a $50 item that my husband didn’t end up using (he passed). It had been months, I couldn’t bring myself to even try for a refund. I did tonite & was hoping for maybe a store credit..he was sooo kind: I got back cash with heartfelt apologies. That is RARE

We had gone to the shop to buy hookah and were pleased with the selection that was offered and also the accessories that we will need to make our experiences better. I had an old hookah which wasn't functioning properly as it was in the right size but Alex helped us choose the right one for our group and experience was so so much better than our previous hookah. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for hookah to visit the shop and get everything you need under one roof
