Up In Smoke

I had a great experience with Up in Smoke! I purchased a product that, unfortunately, didn’t work. I knew their policy typically doesn’t allow returns, so I wasn’t expecting much. However, the owner personally reached out, handled the situation with respect and professionalism, and made things right. It’s rare to find customer service this good, and it really stood out to me. If you’re looking for a smoke shop with not only great products but also owners who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Up in Smoke!

It's funny how I pretty much grew up in this shop. I remember my high school days of figuring a way to buy some glass. Now that I am MUCH MUCH older, I really enjoy the shop upgrades they constantly do. It doesnt feel like a giant mess, in fact, it feels like an apple store for glass! my man Z is always super friendly and energetic. He really hooks up his loyal customers and everytime I go in there, I wish I can stay longer as the vibes are just the best and Z also really knows his stuff. I mean the guy remembers the glass you last bought!!

Impeccable service from the clerk Z, got me hooked up with everything I needed. Was only in town for a couple weeks and have been living out of the country for a while, so he brushed up my knowledge on tons of rolling papers, wraps, and accessories I didn’t know about. The Puffco atomizer did everything he said it would and more. Phenomenal product and once again great service. Glad to have grown up around this shop and seeing it thriving now!

Best smoke shop in San Jose hands down. They have American made heady rigs (artist pieces) all the away to cheaper glass for everybody. Bed selection of everything glad pipe bags papers wraps and Z is the best customer service person I’ve ever had shout out Z.

Amazing supply of glass. The folks that work here are also great. They are like friends that you only talk to when you see each other. I say that because they always talk to me like a friend and they're curious about how life is going on my end, which is therapy for me when I get to share my thoughts with them, even briefly. It makes me feel comfortable when shopping there. Genuinely appreciate this shop. Been shopping here for 20 years.
