Mission Smoke Shop

1st day I went in, the lady was SUPER nice. But, I could tell she was new or something. She sold me a brand that was just a pod, but I didn't realize it until I got home and couldn't charge it. Went back in the next day and told the man behind the counter that I guess I needed a kit or whatever and he cut me off IMMEDIATELY and started yelling at me to basically "know better!" I explained that I don't know the brand, but that didn't make a difference. It was apparently MY FAULT that he left alone someone who wasn't knowledgeable about his products. Plus, not a very large selection of vapes.

Owner was so incredibly rude- I have bought a total of four to five vape bars here and every single time they are faulty and leak and the owner has zero care about customer compensation or satisfaction in regards to a refund or exchange of item - item started leaking everywhere first puff!!!

I bought a vape and within 5 minutes I tried it and it tasted completely burnt. So I called to tell them and they said no refund or exchange policy. Which is ridiculous I have had the same thing happen and other smoke shops exchanged without a question. So now I'm out $30 because they are greedy. Don't recommend this place at all!

Super clean always. Prices are great they keep all product fresh and dust-free. This place has outlasted most if not all the other businesses on that block. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the owners since they appear void of any emotion and could NOT be in slightest bit pleased that you walked in the door. In the sales industry, I can admire that kind of internalization. . It's very hard to keep it that authentic. But they are never rude in the 3 years + I've shopped there.

Best smoke shop I've ever been to. When I initially came in, new to the area, the shop didn't carry my brand. Within two weeks, they did, for me. Wonderful family-owned place. EXTREMELY helpful in the run-up to April 1st. (Cartons increase by $20,00!!!) If you smoke, and you want to save money.....come here.
