I been going to this smoke shop for years I love the new remodeling they have everything you could asked for , amazing staff too .

Store said open at 930 so I drive all the way from corte madera get here at 945 and the place is closed... not even properly closed the place looks like the selection is small ill find a better option when the real shops open at 10

This is a nice, family-run establishment operated by a kind, respectable man and his nephews. Prices on specialty items are much more competitive than downtown at VIP — and if they don’t carry a brand you are used to, they are happy to look into whether or not they can get it. Premier smoke shop in Marin County, IMO/experience (even though they don’t stay open very late).

Just had the worst experience at this store. I come in here often and have grown to like the staff except one particular staff member who seems to be very selective as to who she wants to ID. I’ve come in the store plenty of times and showed my ID plenty of times and simply walk in and walk out to buy my products. This day I was asked to show my ID and I did not feel like showing my ID because I have done so plenty of times in this location and no one else has ever asked me for my ID as frequently as she has. the skinny looking European female who looks like Marilyn Manson‘s twin cousin, I think has some anger issues because regardless of how you personally feel, you should never raise your voice at a customer and start a back and forth shouting match, especially in front of other customers. That was very unprofessional and I don’t believe she should be working there at all, and dealing with customers who simply just want to buy their products and go home without any hassle or drama. I think she’s confused as to how customer service works cause she has absolutely no customer service skills if I ever got a report like that from one of my businesses, I would’ve fired that person on the spot. Her colleague had to ask her to leave the store because she wanted to continue to be confrontational with me in front of another customer. Horrible customer service skills and then the other staff member acted like he did not want to remember that I visited the store frequently. Because of this, I will not go to this store any longer and just go to might Quinn. They remember their customers there. I believe they are very selective as to who they want to treat kindly and want to ID. I was very nice to the skinny pale European female this particular lady the first time but she has a very bad attitude and I’m not sure if it’s against Black people but it sure did feel that way today.
