It's always a good time when I come here. I know the manager, Michael, and she's a breath of fresh air. It's always good when she's here. We chat about our lives and she makes me feel appreciated as a customer. She's been the manager for a while and if she hasn't gotten a raise, she definitely deserves a fat raise. She always remembers the customers' names and things we talked about before. If that's not going above and beyond, then I don't know what is. She always informs me of the deals going on and reminds me of add-ons that I might need with whatever I'm purchasing. She does it in a mindful way too. She's not upselling just to make more sales, she does it because she knows I'm going to need the other items. For example, if I'm buying incense, she makes sure I have lighters. Or if I'm buying charcoal for frankincense resin, she'll see what they have in the shop that I might need like the holder that hold the charcoal safely so I don't burn myself. She's the sweetest and she's great at her job. She's very witty and remembers our eccentric conversations. She makes me feel like a valued customer and like I'm a part of the family. Thank you, Michael. You rock!!! I don't know how the store would survive without you.

Huge shout-out to the employee Disiree for helping me out tonight. I came in tonight for first time looking for a dry herb vaporizer. When I entered the shop I was helped by Disiree. She showed me the dry herb vaporizers and other smoke & vaporizer related products while I was there. She was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Although I didn't get the dry herb vaporizer I was looking for.. I found everything else that I had on my list! They got everything here! If you want a smoke shop that has everything you need and loves good service, this is the place! I highly recommend this smoke shop 5/5

This Place Has It All Good Lookin out On The Customer Service On The Phone, I Call Asked For Help Lookin For A Puff Bars And The Female On The Phone Replied Back Lettin Me Know That They Had Them And They Have Variety Of Flavors Etc ..... She Went Above And Beyond, Explaining To Me The Entire Get Down Of Their Process Once Gettin Into The Shop. They Have Protective Gloves On Mask And A Table Set Up, And That Whatever I Need Just Asked And She'll Go Get It..... And Its Exactly How She Said It.... Table Setup They Had Golves On And Mask .... Thanks Hot Box Yall The Best
