I went by today and bought a vape. The cashier was welcoming but the products suck. They vale stopped working when I got into my car. Defective products and over priced don’t shop here

Phenomenal place! The customer service is fantastic! Upon entering the shop, about 30 minutes ago, I received an incredibly friendly greeting from the employee behind the register. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable about cigars and spoke about the other location a few miles away having an even larger selection of cigars. I work for Southwest Airlines (flight attendant 25 years) and I am very particular about customer service. This employee is the absolute embodiment of professionalism and customer service. In fact, because I could tell that he enjoys his job so much, I refrained from suggesting that he ought to come work for Southwest Airlines. He's an incredible employee and we'd welcome him with open arms. Anyway I'm sitting outside my hotel Santa Monica Hyatt Centric Delfina enjoying a Partagas. If you are visiting Santa Monica, do yourself a favor and visit this smoke shop. It's simply incredible. I didn't get his name. But, the receipt has the name of ABOUD TAMI @ around 1:30 PM on August 30th. This employee is a young man, early twenties. He's exceptionally friendly. Please keep up the great work 🙏

I had a great experience at Smoke World in Santa Monica. The young man working there was extremely helpful and took the time to guide me through all the options. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me make the right purchase. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Exactly the kind of customer service you hope for.
