The employees are also super friendly and are on-point in helping with whatever it is your needing. Every time I come here, the shop seems to keep their shelves well supplied with all the top brands . Definitely, my number one spot to go for all my needs, and strongly recommend to anyone who has never been, go here you won't regret it, trust me.

Absolutely the best head shop in Santa Rosa. Open from 9am to between 7:30pm, and 8pm. Responsible Employees, that believe that a head shop is no place for kids, so please, 21 and over only. With that said, they do have some assorted candies, that you can grab for them. Great selection, lowest priced cigarettes in Santa Rosa, and the best four man crew, including two homeless people (this store believes in second chances). Also, I was asked to say: due to the current law, no more e-cigarettes, and no more Menthol. And, they may have a website soon.

I’m in this store all the time, they keep it clean and are always polite and professional. I don’t know about this complaint with Johnny, not my experience at all: he’s always kind and helpful, in fact I enjoy seeing each of their staff and look forward to the encounters. Yes, I use to like this cigarette store for about 10 years. I have gotten to know the owner very well. Except, today, the customer service was very incompetent. I just want to thank their employee "Johnny" for lack of customer service. He's the reason why this company is fluctuating between 3 and 4 stars, you could be having five stars without this guy.
