There’s one worker that I believe must be the owners son, younger guy with veneers. Every time I come in there, he is on his phone last time I came in He was talking on his phone and just stood in front of me and stared at me with his mouth open never said a word to me. I told him what I wanted, and he felt around the back pointing here and there and here and there never said a word to me, but was talking on the phone the whole time over me while I was Trying to tell him which I wanted. I came back today and he Walked up to the front where I was, stood with his back to me and started talking to the other worker and did not acknowledge me. I stood there for a solid minute before I turned around and walked out. I will not come into this place ever again he is rude and his customer service is horrible

They're incredibly understanding and accommodating, always willing to work with you if you find yourself a few dollars short. One important tip - when looking up their contact number, make sure to use the Google browser, not Apple Maps, as the latter isn't always up-to-date. Additionally, the hours listed on Google and Maps may not be accurate; they're actually open until 11 pm, so it's always best to call and double-check. All in all, their dedication to providing a positive shopping experience has earned them a well-deserved 5-star rating!

I went here for the 1st time about a week ago and the people working were very nice and helpful. The store was very clean, and they had a good variety of stuff. I liked that they had sunglasses, cute ones too lol. The prices where like every other smoke shop prices. The location was convenient. All around I liked this smoke shop, and the people working were hella cool and helpful. I will be going back there again for sure.

I went to purchase a rechargeable battery. I showed the associate my dead battery and told him I wanted one like it. During our entire transaction, he was speaking to his co-worker in a fgn language. He showed me a battery, I asked if it was rechargeable, he'd speak to his co-worker, mumble back to me, and I just wanted to go, so he finally told me how much. I paid and left. That evening, when I wanted to use my battery, what I thought was a removable cap covering the port was not. And to top it off, although it lit up when he tried it in the store, it was completely dead that evening. We're only talking $13 bucks, so it just wasn't worth my driving back over there. It's just the idea that he would cheat someone for $13 bucks. Too many other shops around - try some other place.

Most of the cashier's are polite, however there is one ( I can't identify because name tags aren't worn) in mid-20's with slender build, who needs an attitude adjustment. He acts if your presence is disturbing him. He needs to understand that its your purchases which help provide him a salary.
