Cigerette shop. Couple Items in whole store. Guy didnt uderstand what I was saying. I had to spell it out "PIPE" for tobaco. Stopped in Canyon Lake shopping center they have everything you could possibly need.

They sprung a $5 minimum at checkout for my Visa debit card when I was buying a small item (water for my kid). I even explained that card-network rules generally don’t allow minimums on debit (minimums are for credit), and I have a merchant terminal myself—he just laughed and refused to run it unless I bought more. I ended up having to buy multiple bottles just to pay. Deceptive policy + terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

I am a disabled USMC veteran. This place Advertised one price then charged another. When I figured out that I had Ben charged 2X the listed price, I returned to ask for a refund. Well the owner refused my request for a refund for what I was owed or a receipt.. I actually had to call my credit card company and then the Police Department to have them handle it because I refuse to be taken advantage of. I would stay way clear of this place and if you do better check the price you are charged before departing. Worse customer service EVER!!!!!!

The gentleman is always polite and respectful. He knows my scents and even remembers when I send my forgetful husband.😁😁😁😁 I will always go there it feels good to be treated with such kindness, and respect, especially when there is so much bad service at so many other businesses.

Very bad experience, I went in to buy a carton and am talked into a cigarette roller machine, he gives me pipe tobacco which is wrong, it is gross, cigarettes fall apart, don't burn right. He won't take returns and he is no help at all. The machine does not fill the tube so basically you burn the paper and the burnt tobacco falls off
