Cig Zone

Visited here for the 1st time a couple of days ago and wasn't disappointed at all! The extremely helpful, courteous gemtleman working, Roger, made me feel comfortable and not rushed while I asked as many questions as I needed and showed me as many products as i needed for me to make my decision of what I wanted to purchase. Roger also gave me the greatest deal ever and that made my whole day! Their prices are more than reasonable, and they have a lot of cool items to shop! I'll definitely be back! I'm glad I took the time to stop in!

Nice selection of incense, oils and sage. Very conveniently located. They have a nice selection of cigars for people who are aficionados.

I used to like this place more than recently. The prices change depending on who is working which makes me think the person charging the higher price is pocketing the difference. (Not mentioning who that is, but from reading other reviews it seems like we all had the same experience with the same person.) Not a good way to keep customers. I have also read other locations of this same store have better prices so I will be checking out that possibility because I do not appreciate being taken advantage of.

Maybe because the guy was new he was not real helpful. I was hoping that he would have been trained much better than he was but apparently that's not the case at this location I also get the impression they don't stammer hide their products especially when it comes to vape pens. It seems to me if you're going to sell a product you should at least be knowledgeable of that product which they are not

The store itself is nice and have a good selection of fine cigars, pipes, pieces, and the reason I came here was for the e liquid. I was initially given a nice price for a liquid that I liked, but when I returned there was another guy there who was just very rude and raised the price on the liquid to 15.89! That's outrageous for a 15 ml bottle..even when I told him the price was less before he didn't believe me and didn't even take a dollar off...and when I pulled my wallet out to pay for a cheaper liquid a 20 fell out of my wallet and I went to pick it up he claimed it was already on the floor and it belonged to him..Will not be going back
