Their prices are very competitive and they take the time to help you find what you’re looking for, no rushing. Big shout out to Mohammad! One of my favorite smoke shops!! It may not be a big place. but they make up for it with their service. and good prices I always end up paying less then what the sticker price is on any water pipe /bong when I’m there .. and they always have a good assortment of glass that always gives me a hard time trying to choose what to pick

For me to rate a store 5 stars depends on a couple of things. Excellent customer service is number one which is exactly what The Matrix delivers every time I go in there. All the workers there are extremely helpful and nice. I am a repeat customer there and they actually remember me which is a huge kudos point in my book. They are also very knowledgeable of all their products. Every time I walk out of that store I feel confident in the product I just purchased. The second thing I look for is the variety of products a store offers. As soon as you walk into The Matrix you can see the vast amount of products they sell. I love going in there and checking out all the new items. The last and final thing I look for is the cleanliness of a store which is a never a problem here. Everything is kept clean and nice ready for customers to walk in. This has to be the best smoke shop in the area hands down. I love this store!
