The owner was rude purchased a product that was only working for a week he seen that he doesn’t work instead of exchanging he try’s to sell me another one and puts the one I tried returning back in display for someone else to buy

The gentleman tonight helped me get hair detox shampoo and advised on what product was used best. It was nice to speak Persian to someone! He’s always super positive! Five Stars! Best smoke shop in town!

Bad service, brought a vape on Friday and Saturday it quit working, clearly at 98% left and 100% charged, was told to come back on Monday to speak with the manager, well that was a joke no manager and the manager only comes once a month and he will not refund my money back or even offered me a new one. Very rude about it and I showed him proof. They can’t handle the truth. Very disrespectful and I’m from a different state and chose them to hopefully get a good vape😕

Boss man always treats us right... Best products,best service,and actually decent pricing,everybody knows you and welcomes you when you come in... Few cents short? They got you! Kick it back later and we all good... That's how you run a business****! there are 3 similar smoke shops on lander alone but they make that difference,in personable customer service! Thanks guys!
