Haven't been here in a couple months but I feel like these guys deserve the 5 star rating. If you're looking at whatever tobacco, vape and other similar type of accessories and you quite don't know what to get or have a budget they can and will help you get what you need. You'll leave there comfortable and satisfied with your purchase. Cool stuff and cool people that know what they're talking about. Come check them out.

A gem of a shop, this store has a wide variety wide variety of highly curated products. Affordable yet high quality glass, a wide variety of smoking accessories and a friendly, welcoming environment. Howard, the gentleman I always see behind the counter is friendly, courteous, knowledgable and proactive. He goes the extra mile to not just answer your questions, but also to understand your needs as a customer and recommend you the best products / tips for what your needs are. In a world where customer service is becoming increasingly lackluster and forgettable, Up in Smoke and Howard know how to do customer the right, old fashioned way.

So, I don’t go to smoke shops very often at all but was needing to make a purchase so I called a few places and out of all the places this place was willing to take the time with me over the phone. I spoke to Howard. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time with me to school me down on a product. If I’m gonna spend my money then the least a business can do is spend time educating customers and Howard didn’t fall short, he exceeded my expectations. I have many smoke shops near me but I’d go back to Up in Smoke shop again.
