Horrible customer service!!! I am a store owner in the area . I came in to to buy a battery and went back to exchange it after finding out it didn’t work and the nerve of the employee Alex to say sorry you didn’t check it before leaving the store. Who checks a vape battery when leaving store??? So needless to say he would not exchange it and said I probably didn’t buy it there though they have the same price tags and carry the battery. I will be contacting the owner David

Bought a few stocking staffers on Christmas Eve here. Was super stoked on store had never been here before. On Xmas morning the knife I bought was not operational. Was finally able to get back on Jan 5th. Owner told me no exchanges . Offered a discount on another knife! Screw this place. DONT GO HERE
