They just remodeled and it’s fantastic, the new people here are amazing too, way better now than it was last time I visited!! Definitely check them out if you’re in Ventura, their selection is massive

Definitely a gem of a shop. Every time I go in there which is like every three days, it seems like they are doing something to improve the place. It's small, bit has tons of variety of products. Great staff. Very knowledgeable on the glass and vapes. They have favorite cigars, 4Ks!!!!

I've been going to this store for months to buy my vapes. I've been met with friendly and easy-going service. I've always asked, "Can I see your list of flavors?" and I've NEVER had an issue. They would provide me the list printed on paper, I would choose one and they'd get it for me, NEVER had an issue. These were from two previous employees, I believe one is a nice asian fellow and the other is an older-looking gentleman. Today I walk in and I see a new employee (the one with the beanie) who I had never seen before is behind the counter. His appearance and demeanor suggested he was not fully present. Slow moving, unfocused, and unable to perform basic job functions efficiently. He appeared sloppy with lazy, slightly red eyes and looked and talked in a groggy tone, as if he was half asleep or not all there. As someone who has been around cannabis users in the past, his behavior reminded me of someone who might be under the influence of cannabis, though I can't know for sure. I ask him the SAME question I've asked the previous employees, and he looks at me like he doesn't know what I'm talking about and saying they don't have other flavors when I KNOW they do. I tell him I've bought from here before with the other employees and they always provide a list. He denies and says "No we don't have them". After much unnecessary back and forth, he begrudgingly gets the list which is now on an iPad apparently. I tell him, "They've literally provided me the list every time I ask, with no issue. I've never seen you before so you must be a new employee." He goes on to mumble how he's worked at the store for 4 years, which I don't believe for a second. He was almost certainly trying to save face from not knowing how things work at his OWN store. If he had actually been working there for that long, he'd know that they provide lists when asked. Maybe he'd remember if he weren't acting like he was under the influence of something. Even if he wasn't, it's how he came across to me. Extremely unprofessional, especially since I have been a repeat customer. As long as he is working there and keeps acting as if there aren't tons of other cig shops around, I won't be coming back.

I’d be giving zero stars i bought a vape from this store did not work so i go in and tell them they say I can’t do anything about it i will not be out 25$ for a vape
