This shop is beyond the best in the Victorville area. Nancy makes sure her prices are very reasonable and all her girls have a great relationship with all the customers. Nancy has helped me so much with my husbands problems due to his paraplegia and chronic pain. I owe her the world. She always has a smiling and is so welcoming helpful and her girls that work with her have the exact same Attitude. I love Popeye’s smoke shop !

I like the cigar selection, however, the young gal working is rude, dismissive, inattentive and does not even try to hide her impatience. She will have lovely conversations with other customers yet goes silent when I attempt a confabulation while I shop. I think it's time to shop elsewhere. unable to hold a conversation yet she will have a full on conversation with others who come into the shop

Sold me a defective vape and the lady said they can't do anything about it. I've been going here for the last year and never had an issue with them. I will not be giving them my business no more.

Try to scam me by only selling me half the package , and act all shocked when I walk right back in ,

My son went into the store and purchased wraps, but the package was empty. Depending on who is working, the prices are different in this store. I advised him to quit going to them for business they clearly don't understand they are in the business of customer service because they lack across-the-board service and they sell expired products
