I was out with friends in the uptown whittier, so I stopped by the tobacco fans club store to get a cigar. I was impressed by the variety of cigars there and the gentleman knowledge. Prices are really reasonable, and the cigars were well reserved. the gentlemen who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I definitely go there again!

I have been to this smoke shop in the past with previous owner and the "Be back in 30 minutes" sign is always posted more times than not and the guy was rude. Now they have a new owner and he is always nice and helpful and they have more items to choose from. I'm new to the disposable vapes and he has been very patient and helpful each time I have been there. Also, if u have any problems, the new owner, Moses, will try to resolve them WITHOUT attitude or rudeness! Great customer service! Thanks Moses!!!

The fellas were more concerned about a door then helping a customer out. Language differences were there. Just come here if you know what you want. I paid 30 dollars for a Romeo and Juliet Envy, and got matched so supplement the needs to light my cigar up with not much luck. Had to come back and buy a lighter. Don’t think I would consider buying from them again.

I bought a couple defective products from here 👎 I recently bought a backwoods vape battery and unfortunately the same day the connection tank on the battery popped off and unscrewed. The wires are sticking out and wouldn't screw back on and the battery gets hot if i use it. . So I will be throwing it away. I also bought a small weed pipe and the carb was insanely tiny... it wouldn't hit correctly and felt clogged immediately. I gently poked it with a tiny needle and my pipe broke into pieces .....it feels like I threw money away, very cheap products.
