Amazing, amazing service!! My boyfriend bought a straight shooter bong and when he brought it home, we noticed it wasn't "working". We called and they said if we could bring it over (they were closing in 10 minutes but still allowed us to come). When we got there, they were willing to fix the situation by checking out the bong to see whether or not if they can just fix it, or replace the bong entirely. They were able to fix it, and kept checking if it was to our liking before leaving. It was perfect!! They genuinely did amazing!! They not only have wide selection of bongs and accessories, but their customer service was phenomenal! Definitely will be coming back and recommending to family and friends!

Best customer service and best price went there for a banger and reclaim catcher but they accidentally gave the wrong size banger drove back let’s just say this place never disappoint ! Got the hook with a new capper and pearls appreciate you guys!!

I recently purchased an item and upon returning home to Washington, I discovered a leak when filling it with water. I contacted the store to explain the situation. The staff were not only accommodating in offering a price match for a higher-value item but also generously included a complimentary Pelican case to ensure its safe transportation.
