Cigarettes Plus

I have no idea how this store is not a one star from everybody. Cigarettes here are $3 a pack more than anywhere else. When I mentioned that to the owner she took the cigarettes back and told me to go to them instead. Seriously? You don't want my business? WOW! Go hit up the smoke shop off 6th instead!

The owners are so kind this is the the best place to find my brand of cigarettes in a carton too, I've never found them cheaper elsewhere! ETA: this is a family owned shop and I believe the other owner is having health issues which results in only ONE person running the store who, in my opinion, does a fantastic job. The hours can be weird compared to chain companies but it's fairly predictable (not open on holidays, shorter hours on Sunday etc) unless there's a family emergency. She's even opened the store for me once when I showed up a minute after closing which she definitely didn't have to do. I've never had issues paying with card and believe this is a genuine good faith establishment (no shady tactics or trying to scam others) but if you've ever had your own business you know the card readers can be frustrating when the company that makes them decide to update/change policy. In short; I fw this shop out of all the other cigarette stores because it's run by very genuine people just doing their best usually without anyone else on staff and the prices are really good. The only downside is not knowing if they're closed on certain days and there doesn't seem to be a phone line or website that will let you know that. I usually just visit the next day when that happens. Try it out and give a lil grace, I think it's worth it!

Buyer beware. Not worth the 1 star rating. This store had problems with their credit card machine printing and despite my showing her the transaction was pending in my account she refused to give me my purchase. Stated that the charge would drop off. They processed the transaction and essentially stole my money because I didn't leave with my purchase. I'd rather support small businesses but not when they are shady. Disputed the charge with my bank after seeing the monies taken from my account the following morning. Will not support this business any longer.

It is a little over priced but the lady has al ways treated me great will be helpful but u can get better price else were they got a lot of other stuff if you run out go for hurry but smiling smoker have cheaper prices

I'm not sure how these cigarette businesses like this stay in business; HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC! 10-6 6days a week?!? lol And prices higher than everywhere else! Thanks but no thanks. There's literally a 7-11 every few blocks, lower cigarette prices, open 24/7, and they take coupons.
