Cloud 9 Vape, Glass and Tobacco

This place is great! They have a huge selection of vape products and paraphernalia and the customer service is really excellent too, but the main reason I go are the prices. They are far below other vape shops.

Cloud 9 has been my go to smoke shop for a few years now. the staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond! I never feel rushed during my interactions and am able to ask various questions about the products and learn from the cashiers. the prices are great and they recently started a rewards program. I always recommend this smoke shop to anyone looking for a great shop with a huge selection but equally amazing staff!

I really enjoy coming into a friendly environment. Everyone has really good customer service. The overall place itself is really neat. I do recommend coming to Cloud 9.

On 12/11/2025 my boyfriend and I came into cloud 9 on arapahoe road. We were greeted with such welcoming and genuine smiles from Drake and James. They both asked me how I was, and I was honest. I told them I was having a hard time because my mother died 2 days prior. It was so unexpected. They both looked at me and gave me the most genuine condolences. They went above and beyond to help me figure out my mod. Drake showed me step by step why I wasn't getting the quality vape taste. He fixed my heat settings as he explained thoroughly what I needed to correctly operate my device. James was so kind also and so helpful teaching me about flavors. I want the owners to know that Drake and James made it to where i will only shop there for my products. They made a difference and they're so fast and efficient.

The staff is always cool, friendly and helpful. They're very attentive and this place has a wide selection of products and if they don't have what you need, they do their best to get it for you in a short time. I travel across town just to come to this shop because I love them so much. Keep up the great work guys.
