I called ahead and came straight there when she said they had the Non Nicotine vapes. I was amazed when I walked in and saw their selections. So helpful and very friendly staff. A Super wall of selections. This place will now be my permanent store! The name Vapor World matches them! Thank you! Update: I didn't read the reviews before my review. Price gouging ... Y'all should see the prices I paid before this store. That's price gouging! I walked away with MANY vapes because I don't live in Brighton. She could have hid the rewards program, she could have hid that I bought so many that I could pick out 2 free ones. But no, she told me and I was surprised and excited as I picked out the free vapes Integrity, Yes! Friendly, Yes! Helpful, Yes! Price gouging, No! Rude, Absolutely Not! I work in the service industry. I've always lived by, Always treat people the way you want to be treated Always be Appreciative. Always speak to people the way you want to be spoken to. Unfortunately people forget these very few but important things.

I was in today. Got an amazing flavor. Grape jelly vape Angel and OG Ash helped me. They were both amazing. Highly recommend their customer service. Great place plus your own points for what you spend I'd vote more stars if there were more 100 out of 100

So many flavors! I had such a great experience. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and considerate. The selection was great and I'm so happy with my watermelon lemonade choice. 🤩👍🏻 Well worth a visit.

Oh dear, let me tell you something… I’m a regular there, been coming in ever since just a few months after they opened two years ago. Every single person who works there is just lovely, absolutely wonderful… except this new girl they’ve got now. Every time I go in, she gives me the most HORRIBLE service you can imagine. She’s got such a bad attitude, very snobby and unpleasant, never wants to help at all. She’s downright rude and disrespectful, and heaven forbid, she even talks badly about the other employees right in front of customers! Can you believe that? She always tries to rush me out the door like I’m bothering her, and she’s so lazy, always pushing customers off onto the other workers instead of doing her job. It’s just awful. I adore everyone else there, especially sweet Johnny, he’s always been an angel. But I’m so disappointed and upset with how this girl treats me. Honestly, I’m thinking I may have to find another vape shop, and that breaks my heart because I’ve been so happy there. But I simply will not be treated this way, dear. No ma’am, I won’t stand for it.
