Smoker Friendly

Had what I needed, very different inside from the last time I was there. Last time it was all tobacco related. Now it it has all kinds of good stuff and the guy at the counter was super Cool 😎

Decent selection and nice staff with one glaring exception. If you're looking for help from the irascible older man who works there, be prepared for disrespect, rudeness aplenty, and condescension at even the most basic of questions. There are two women there sometimes and they've always been nothing but kind and helpful. Just don't hold your breath for the same treatment from him. Also be advised, they don't do returns or exchanges even with a receipt so definitely test in-store if you're there for a vape/make sure it's taking a charge properly.

Rude! The staff at this smoker friendly is atrocious, there is a boyish looking woman who works there who continues to be rude demanding my id every single time I walk into the store, not at the counter but the second I walk in, and mind you I know its her job but I have visited this store once a week for at least the last four months if not longer, she should recognize me by now. I was willing to put up with this at first but I expect better or at least fair treatment of regular customers. I've been extremely polite to her up until now, but I'm tired of the poor customer service at this location and will not be returning, the owner- whoever they are should try to find a more courteous staff because the poor management is losing the business at this location.

Any positive reviews are now years old and definitly do not apply here anymore. Do not go by those!! This is a place that falsly accuses customers waiting in line to get help; of stealing a pack of cigarettes, then will pat you down and proceed to keep you there in an attempt to find it on camera footage. Which was not there because noone stole anything. So apparently, looking at products is equal to stealing. Make sure you dont have to wait in line for a long time and check out other products otherwise you are a suspect and your civil rights get violated. I also read a concerning review that that should deem an investigation. Do not give these creeps anything. If you are a young woman do not let them touch you...they will make stuff up and force you to let them search you and thereby feel you up and down all over!! I felt like i was being sized up or inspected by him to see if I was worth anything. There were 2 of them they could of easily strongarmed me.

I’m a disabled autistic individual. I went to Smoker Friendly on 9/21 to get a new pipe for my medicine as the one I had broke. The store manager (Austin) asked me, “Do you like girls that are under 18…because you just really look like you know you might like that.” I asked him “What are you talking about?” And the store manager Austin said ,”well you just really look like someone that you know likes that.” Me (being autistic, a customer, and just there to buy a pipe) didn’t expect this absurd and disgusting line of conversation. He said that it was just a joke, but that’s not something to be joked about. Austin should not be in a position of store management, let alone even be employed treating customers like this…let alone disabled autistic individuals. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE UNTIL AUSTIN IS REMOVED!!
