The owners and the other employees have phenomenal customer service. If their don't carry a certain brand of cigarettes, they look into it for you. Best smoke shop ever!

Hey guys! It’s Brazil! I had to make an unexpected trip back to Brazil because my grandfather is very sick, but I forgot to pay you guys the $40 for the bar I owe! Tried calling the shop but my Brazilian number won’t complete the call lol. Tried also sending a message through the facebook page but it says “can’t send message” Sorry for the delay, I completely forgot this. What’s the best way I can pay you guys?

Such a great first-time experience. I’ve never really smoked cigars before, but the team at Goodfellas made me feel totally comfortable. They were so knowledgeable and really took the time to educate me, not just sell to me. The humidor is beautiful, and their selection is amazing. I ended up choosing a Rocky Patel Emerald and actually loved it. Super friendly shop with great energy. I’ll definitely be back!
